Of course generating keys outside the vm and having them laying around in the store is a bad idea. Even worse is hard coding them inside a operating-system configuration file. So I tried the bare-bones example and that gives the same error. Is it possible that it's related to the `services: <shepherd-service> no longer has an 'imported-modules' field` patch?
