I think this should go to ‘master’ (‘guix refresh -l postgresql’ shows
53 dependent packages.)

The spirit of ‘core-updates’ initially is that it would contain changes
to the core packages, where “core” is defined as ‘%final-inputs’ and its
dependencies.

I understand we sometimes go beyond that (e.g., include D-Bus updates,
etc.) to reduce build time, but we should not go too far either IMO.
