Hello, there are still many 'dmd' instances in the source, so here are several patches for "dmd -> shepherd" transition. If this is acceptable, I can continue to get rid of the left "dmd" things.
[PATCH 1/4] Rename 'dmd-output-port' to 'shepherd-output-port'. [PATCH 2/4] Rename 'dmd-command' to 'shepherd-command'. [PATCH 3/4] Rename 'dmd' service to 'shepherd'. [PATCH 4/4] Rename 'dmd' to 'shepherd' in a generated user config.
