I don’t think we should take that route, because we would end up doing
that for each and every GTK+ package.
However, we could:
1. On GuixSD, arrange so that these two things are automatically
installed as part of %desktop-services.
2. Augment “Application Setup” to suggest installing icon theme when
using Guix on foreign distros.
