This was missing until now: Commit ee2a630 adds a ‘kernel-arguments’
field to ‘operating-system’. So now you can do something like:
(operating-system
;; ...
(kernel-arguments '("processor.max_cstate=2")))
and run ‘guix pull && guix system reconfigure /the/config/file.scm’.
Can you confirm that it works for you?
