Linux checking machine architecture... mips64 configure: error: unsupported architecture 'Linux' phase `configure' failed after 1 seconds
Could you maybe have a look? I noticed that the bioinformatics tools tend to not work on mips (where they will probably not be used in practice anyway). But it would be nice to investigate nevertheless, and if nothing else helps, deactivate mips in the supported systems. Thanks! Andreas
