No I didn't. I didn't think it worth even creating a branch, but civodul asked me to. So I was surprised and disappointed that nobody wanted to help take it further. You said your branch also wasn't ready, that's why I haven't tried to build it. From your description, I wasn't clear what your branch achieves that my attempt doesn't.
