I think it should be gpl2+.
I'm not sure. I checked in the package. There is the COPYING file which
contains the licence notice for GPL2
But there are no copyright notices.
It's a bit of an odd licence to have for such a package anyway.
In fact I double if most of the stuff can even be copyrighted.
