gnu: lyrebird: Add version info.
See the project's Makefile. Without this flag, version info defaults
to 'devel'.
* gnu/packages/golang-web.scm (lyrebird)[arguments]<#:build-flags>: Add
ldflag required for building with version information; append default
ldflags in case they are shadowed.
