    gnu: python-jwst: Update to 1.18.0.
    
    * gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-jwst): Update to 1.18.0.
    [phases]{relax-requirements}: Remove relaxation for GWCS and NumPy;
    remove "create_data" script as no longer provided.
