Didn't Lilypond and Texmacs experience troubles with guile-2.0? At leats in the latest Debian editions (Jessie), Lilypond depends on the 1.8 libraries, not 2.0, but perhaps it has been fixed? (Texmacs seems to have become non-free.) Klaus Schilling
