For core Guile no, I guess not. But I would personally like a Hildon-enhanced guile-gnome as well, so that I can play with writing small graphical apps. I think this means adding defs for the Hildon API to the existing gtk/gnome defs, and then rebuilding guile-gnome. I see that the PyMaemo people have already prepared a load of Hildon .defs files. (I've never done this before myself; my impression is that the process is a bit fiddly, but not too hard.)
