To use the mumi web interface at https://issues.guix.gnu.org/guile , you
don't need to set up anything special—just a web browser. mumi functions
as a better web interface to Debbugs. You have better search and a more
modern web interface. But, it is still read-only, and interaction is
still via the Debbugs email interface. This is the easiest way to get
started with mumi. You keep all your familiar tools, but just have a
better web interface.

But, perhaps your question is more about the mumi CLI? The mumi CLI is
documented in the Guix manual at
https://guix.gnu.org/manual/devel/en/html_node/Debbugs-User-Interfaces.html#index-mumi-command_002dline-interface
But first, this patch adding mumi CLI configuration —
https://issues.guix.gnu.org/77534 — needs to be accepted into guile.

Happy to help with any mumi troubles. Could you describe what you tried,
and what failed?

Thanks,
Arun
