If we're legitimately working on this, like, for real, I can help out with any review. I've done a fair bit on Windows, since it is my day job. And I maintain my own Windows Guile fork strictly for my own purposes which has no relationship to LilyPond, so I've got an understanding of the issues. How can I help?
