Merged stable-2.0 master: clean your .o and .lo files

Hello all,

I just merged stable-2.0 to master.  You'll need to "make clean" in the
libguile directory, or else you'll end up with a rather broken Guile due
to a bug in our build system <http://bugs.gnu.org/14193>.
