I want to get Mark's nil patch merged in, then start merging your work to master. We need to get it there before Ken can update, I think.
Yes, it would be cool to have the nil patch in; then I can switch my compiler to really using nil (and probably fix some bugs with that, we'll see). I think for merging my work, it may be best to do my change to "the core" about nil in assembly/VM first -- I can provide you with a real patch if you want. The commit was one first and a fix (with merging conflicting master changes) later, so I don't know how cherry-picking these two from my branch work...
Apart from that, everything should just be my module/language/elisp folder and the two test-files (elisp-compiler and elisp-reader), plus the Makefile changes to include the tests. I think so far I did not include my elisp files in the build system because it seemed easier to test changes on-the-fly when they are not installed. Well, but I'm sure we work this out.
