Hi,
as promised, I have branched the guile-core module for the 1.8
release. The branch tag is named branch_release-1-8 and it is rooted
at the tag branch-root_release-1-8.
Please check it out!
Daily snapshots of 1.8 should appear in
ftp://ftp.dt.e-technik.uni-dortmund.de/pub/guile/snapshots
Next Sunday (2006-02-12), I want to make a 1.7.90 release candidate,
put it on alpha.gnu.org and announce it widely. When nothing really
bad comes up, I want to make the 1.8.0 release on the following Sunday
(2006-02-19).
