You probably want to ask on gtk-devel-list, but I can give you a quick
answer: those interfaces are still considered unstable and may be subject
to change while we explore the various issues of exposing them. Once they
get more stable, they will be proposed on XDG-list. If you notice,
org.gtk.Application is already partially exposed as
org.freedesktop.Application after a round of discussions on fd.o.

As to the "it's simple" remark, we'll have to disagree. :-) there's nothing
more time consuming than proposing a spec on freedesktop.org, so we
generally do that once we have a pretty good idea of the problem space.
