I'm sorry, there are at least two typos/mistakes in my previous email.
1) the correct subject should be "background-color adds a new border in...". Nothing related to border-color.
2) And, in the source code, you must remove the extra "x" in "xbackground-color", or you will unable to reproduce the problem.
