Why there is no API for creating the custom paper sizes management dialog (like _gtk_custom_paper_unix_dialog_new() )? The dialog manages system-wide data (~/.gtk-custom-papers file), not a kind of internals for the current application or its page setup; therefore it seems logical (and convenient) if applications could call the dialog directly for their purposes.
