just acquire an iterator at the right position, and set the columns, for
example
gtk_tree_model_get_iter_first(GTK_TREE_MODEL(treestore), &iter);
gtk_tree_store_set(treestore, &iter,
COL_FIRST_NAME, strAuth,
COL_LAST_NAME, strEditor,
-1);
