Hi all, loading 1Mb of UTF-8 encoded text into a gtk text view seems to take much more time than loading the same buffer into gtksourceview. Since gtksourceview has all of the functionality of gtktextview and more, where is this difference coming from? And does this mean that we can improve the performance of gtktextview?
