gtk_table_attach (GTK_TABLE (table), widget, 0, LAST_TABLE_COLUMN, 0 , 1, GTK_FILL | GTK_EXPAND, 0, 0, 0); This way the widget will be inserted from 0 to the last column. The GTK_FILL and GTK_EXPAND flags are specified so the widget expands to the full width of the table. Hope that's what you're looking for.
