This is already partially implemented. If a task is already tagged
@Important, it will conserve the case.

The problem with what you're mentioning is: what if in  GTG there are
tags @Important, @IMPORTANT and @ImPoRtAnT ? which one should I chose?

Bug description:
This effects me because I use RTM... And would I think make life easier for 
others.... I would like to see @important == @Important

RTM only uses lower case tags that I can find so when my tasks are imported, I 
get a new @important tag, instead of the @Important that I currently use.
