Extensive data modelling experience using Framework Manager is a must. Cube design experience using powerplay transformer is essential. Business domain knowledge in Retail Industry is essential. Demonstrated working with business users to understand the requirements and devising BI solutions. Demonstrated technical proficiency in different Cognos studios such as Report Studio, Metric Studio, Event Studio etc Knowledge of best practices related to design , development and implementation of Cognos solutions. Experience working in Cognos version 7 or 8 and 10 . Aware of head turners and market disruptive BI technologies. Experience in configuration of production ready IBM Cognos systems is an added advantage. Experience in latest trends in IBM Cognos such as dynamic cubes is an added advantage. Experience in other BI tools such as Tableau, Business Objects or Qlikview is an added advantage. Nice to have Tableau expertise. Dashboard design skillset.
