Required Experience/Skills: 10+ years’ experience in enterprise technologies with a broad range of experience across all areas of IT, preferably in a multi-hospital setting. 10+ years of direct work experience in an IT project management role with a PMP certification. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent large scale projects across multiple sites including infrastructure implementations while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong relationship management skills. Proficiency with project management software – preferably MS project and project server. Demonstrated experience in team management. Works collaboratively with minimal professional and managerial supervision. The candidate must have ability and willingness to lead a team environment with preferred experience in a large company or government agency supporting multiple applications and systems Experience in supporting Healthcare environments and a Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
