Location : Los Angeles, CA
Duration : Long Term
Top Skills:
1. 5+ years solid SCM experience.
2. Application Build experience.
3. Agile methodology
4. Tomcat & Weblogic Administration and Configuration experience
5.Oracle11g Database experience required, Sybase & SQL server desirable
6. Degree and / or certification are desirable.r7. QuickBuild and Perforce
are desirable.
SOFT SKILLS:
1. Self-Starter / Self-Motivated
2. Effective written and oral communication skills.
Requirements:
o Experience implementing SCM policies and procedures.
o Ability to implement, document and maintain CM scripts (Ant, Maven,
Perl including shell scripting for Unix / Linux)
o Experience implementing CM best practices for agile development
environment (i.e. Continuous Integration)
o Hands-on experience assisting developers with development issues
related to CM tool use (check in/out, branching, and Tagging)
o Hands-on experience performing software builds and releases.
o 3 - 5 years’ experience in application middleware administration in
technologies related to the web (Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, etc.)
o Experience working with Oracle 11g is Required, Sybase & MS SQL server
desirable
o Unix systems administration experience desired
o Understanding of Informatica PowerCenter a plus
o Prior experience with Autosys a plus
o Ability to manage/track multiple configurations of a system under test
(hardware & software)
o Considerable knowledge of process templates, SharePoint administration,
reporting, build definitions, and application deployment.
o Considerable knowledge of shell scripting languages for Unix / Linux
o Knowledge of SQL language
o Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
o Knowledge of PERL language is a plus
o Knowledge of QuickBuild / Perforce
o General knowledge of Windows XP, Windows7 and Unix server administration
o Skill in resolving basic hardware/software problems or malfunctions
o Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and
work cooperatively with technical and business personnel
