This person will help to manage operations support with an ‘understanding’
of infrastructure/application development.
Able to interface with both the Sr. PM’s and the Technical Leads.
We need experience with Operations Support, User Support, Production
Support, Infrastructure and/or Release Management.
- Will help manage the ticketing queue and coordinate the change
requests across projects and coordinate with the Sr. PMs
- Need enough technical understanding to determine the problem but
does not need to solve it.
