Start as soon as 09/23,* *Location : Michigan* Position: *COGNOS Developer w/ FACET’s Experience* • Serve as a *COGNOS Developer* for the *FACETS* Claims business team to gather requirements on Benefit Configuration out of FACETS then analysis and design, coding, and debugging for Data Warehouse reporting. • Analyze data, database relationships, and data issues to support report requests and respond to report discrepancy inquiries. • Experience with analyzing reports in the Healthcare industry. • Experience managing multiple work efforts concurrently Skills: • *3 to 5 yrs. COGNOS experience (Preference COGNS 10.1)* • 1 to 3 yrs. Direct *FACETS’s* reporting experience (Preference 5.01) • Knowledge of SQL, Databases, Data Modeling, RDBMS concepts • Logical and independent out-of-the-box thinker • Responsible for understanding and addressing customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals • Healthcare experience • Excellent Communication, can sit with business to gather requirements and also work harmoniously with other consultants when completing task.
