Location: Boise, Idaho Duration: 12+ Months Resolve production issues within contractual service levels and perform minor enhancements & code fixes while following client's ITIL processes . Provide support outside of office hours (standby support, not 24x7) . Provide technical guidance to the offshore team to resolve issues and provide them clarity on Business Requirements for code change requests . Provide updates to client and IBM Management as requested . Assist offshore lead to manage and improve team's performance metrics / Required skills: *SAP.BW Consultant* *Nice to have skills:* Knowledge of ITIL processes / Comments to supplier: Need a strong SAP.BW resource w/ very good communication and interpersonal skills. Will require regular overlap w/ the team in India and flexibility to provide standby support on weekdays until 9 pm MT & on rotation basis over the weekend. Manage hours worked during the week to 40.
