* Client: Public Sector Role: SAP HR E-Recruiting Consultant/Analyst *Work Locations: Miami, FL * *Length of Contract: 3 months with extensions* *Responsibilities* - *Consultant should have Public School System e-Recruitment experience for a minimum of two successful implementations* - Ensure each functional area's incorporated in the best practice design - Work with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design and policies and procedures by stakeholders from all business segments - Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures. Build solutions in HR according to M-DCPS business requirements - Works with the technical team to translate business requirements for indirect procurement.
