Hi All, *We are working on Debian 10 OS version and Intel Xeon-2775TE HW model platform. We found a grub issue that grub menu will be stuck with a 1/200 ratio in AC power on/off stress test. After multiple validation and we co-worked with Intel, we found the root cause is unreliable "rdtsc" instruction usage. *

In patch, I did a detailed explanation and some information from Intel's expert.
