Hi!

Debian's grub2 package has now been updated to 2.04 and while it works fine
on sparc64 machines with Sun partition tables, it bails out on those with GPT
partition tables with:

{0} ok boot
Boot device: disk File and args:
WARNING: Unsupported bootblk image, can not extract fcode

WARNING: Bootblk fcode extraction failed
GRUB
ERROR: Last Trap: Illegal Instruction

{0} ok

GRUB was installed with "grub-install /dev/vdiska". Interestingly, building
GRUB from git source from upstream and installing it, doesn't show this
problem, so it must be something Debian-specific.

The debian/rules file can be found in [1].

@Eric: Do you have any suggestion what could be wrong with the Debian package?

Adrian
