This is the download page of minix3 installation image which uses minix3 fs. http://www.minix3.org/download/ And I've also put my VM disk image with default installation (three MINIX3 subpartitions in first primary partition, which are /, /home and /usr) here: http://warm.la/minix.img.bz2 which can be attached to KVM (decompressed) to test.
