Binary packages for experimental branch are now available in Debian experimental:
http://packages.debian.org/experimental/grub-pc They will be regularly resynced (it's semi-automatic). Note that these aren't official builds of GNU GRUB (as they include some grub-extras components and a few minor changes) but they're pretty close.
