Yes. If you can get some usable hardware ;-)

Other than that, booting grub-efi should mostly work. It works for me
on a mac mini. However, I could not get it working without installing
it on OS X (which you should have received with that hardware anyway).

I did

0) repartition your disk to install OS X in smallest space possible or
use a flash disk for it or something
1) build grub-efi on Linux in virtualbox (see the wiki for building
latest SVN checkout on Linux, should work on OS X by now)
2) install it on OS X with bless (see the wiki)
3) enjoy booting OS X and Linux from grub - just add an entry to
chainload the grub-efi installed on the Linux partition that the
frimware cannot read
