I just found out that the "Castle.Core" dependency problem can indeed fail the build if you have a new enough version of dotnet SDK version installed. I'll create PR with a fix, but in the meantime you can easily fix this yourself by updating Moq to 4.8.2 here: https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/0dc7c5996ce5091a96632919a3e3befe351b44d0/src/csharp/Grpc.IntegrationTesting/Grpc.IntegrationTesting.csproj#L22
