GOMAXPROCS basically tells you how many parallel units of work can happen 
at a time. It should by default be equal to the number of CPUs you have on 
your machine. For optimizing gRPC-go performance I won't recommend updating 
it manually. If there's a specific scenario that you are looking to advise 
feel free to share more information and we can go from there.
