Hi Varun,

The proposal indicates that it will be open for a week - the gRFC process 
requires a minimum comment period of 10 business days. 
So the earliest we can make a change on the back of this proposal is Feb 
15th. Therefore, the dates need to be amended in the proposal to 
accommodate.
