[self-follow-up]

This time I didn't forget the attachment, but I _did_ forget that GNU's
mailing list management software automatically strips attachments in
HTML format--I guess on the presumption that they're "HTML email".

I'm attaching it again, gzipped.

I assume John and Larry got copies, so dropping them from distribution.

Whether this is qualifying an instance for the GBR Drinking Game, I
leave to the reader's discretion.  How thirsty are you?
