Hi list, I need help formatting my thesis using groff and mom.

List of Tables cannot appear in the Table of Contents. I'd like the same effect for List of Figures and List of Equations. Why aren't my tables appearing in the List of Tables? Probably related: I get one "troff:tcc.mom:252: error: numeric overflow" for every "box;" option of tbl tables. How to make List of Tables and Table of Contents to appear on the PDF outline? And uuuuuh correctly? Like, not pointing to the page with the first .HEADING, and not appearing after the first .HEADING on the outline. I'm hacking a lot, so I'm getting lost on what is working and not through all my attempts, what is a mistake and what is skill issue. Uuuuuuuuuuuuuh that's it for now...
