I was looking for a convenient way to get a graphic (logo,
letterhead, etc) in page headers.  Mom uses HEADER_LEFT,
HEADER_CENTER, and HEADER_RIGHT to establish what goes in page
headers.  It seemed to me that, e.g.,
  .HEADER_LEFT "\[graphic]
would be simplest.  There are, of course, other ways.
