Sorry--I forgot about these: o The new macro file "koi8-r.tmac" supports the KOI8-R character encoding, which supports the new Russian locale for groff. o Russian language input documents using the KOI8-R encoding are now supported, including hyphenation patterns from the ruhyphen project and localized strings for the man, ms, me, mm, and mom packages.
