Hi folks,

I've marked several members of groff's GNU Savannah project as no longer
"on duty", which is reflected in the publicly viewable list as
"inactive" as opposed to "active".

https://savannah.gnu.org/project/memberlist.php?group=groff

I'm doing this because they've either let me know directly that they're
retired (Mike Bianchi) or because I don't recall having seen much (or
any) mailing list or other activity from them in the nearly 6 years I've
been contributing to groff (Anton Shepelev, Bernd Warken, Carsten Kunze,
Steven Starr, and Joachim Walsdorff).

This isn't a punishment or reproach but an attempt at candor with the
user community. If someone wants to be placed back on active duty
status, you can announce your re-enlistment to this mailing list or to
me. Bertrand and Werner remain administrators as well.

Regards,
Branden
