It's a ‘fudge sundae’ and a ‘hot-fudge sundae’ as the fudge is hot but it is not a ‘hot sundae’ so ‘hot fudge sundae’ is wrong as it can't be read as ‘hot and fudge sundae’. > "two-fisted drinker" Agreed.
