[Groff] [bug #42978] tbl does not restore the tab settings

Hello,

it should not be a problem for gtbl to restore the tab settings "itself".
If at begin it saves register \n[.tabs] in a string and then set

.ta \*[saved_tabs]

at the end the tabs from before .TS should be set after .TE?
