Yes, I was pleased to find pinfo some years ago but switched to less once I realised info's output could be piped because I'm used to less for navigating man pages, setting marks as in vi, etc., and like its behaviour with 'LESS=-wiXz-2$j15'. I agree, pinfo may suit some that dislike info's UI. Cheers, Ralph.
