Hi, all.

I've just fixed mom's footnote handling by adding a \c to the end
of the bits that print footnote markers so that the order of
footnote-marker/punctuation is less of a hassle.

Basically, all you'll have to do now is to continue the line after

.FOOTNOTE
A footnote line
.FOOTNOTE OFF

exactly as if they were a continuation of the line before,
*including* punctuation or an initial space.

Examples:

A line of text,\c
.FOOTNOTE
A footnote line
.FOOTNOTE OFF
 broken up with a comma.

A line of text\c
.FOOTNOTE
A footnote line
.FOOTNOTE OFF
, broken up with a comma.

I'll be sending Werner mega patches for a version 1.3 release of
mom before Monday next, which will include this change (duly noted
in the documentation).
