groff_man*(7): Fix content and style nits.
Content:
* Characterize `HP` as usefully "continuable" with `IP`.
* Explain "recto" and "verso" only to readers of the "style" document.
* Clarify that `YS` resets the state of _automatic_ hyphenation.
* Fix unclear pronoun antecedent.
* Clarify use of `SM` and `B` successively as a replacement for `SB`.
* Fix error. groff 1.25 will not be released in 2006. No TARDIS here.
It is furthermore now expected in August 2026--not July.
Style:
* Apply poor man's keep.
* Drop redundant words.
* Fix stranded line at end of paragraph (and use `\p` "in anger" to
prevent automatic hyphenation immediately preceding a trap).
