grolj4(1): Revise copyright notice.
Ratchet back ending year of FSF copyright notice to 2006, reflecting the
date of the last "legally significant"[1] contribution to this file by
anyone who has executed a copyright assignment with the FSF, which was
commit 23622e24a6, 2006-12-31, by Werner Lemberg.
I rejected the following as non-significant despite the GNU formula:

Add copyright notice for myself. I have never executed copyright
